Size

Response Time (GTG)

The time it takes for a pixel to change from one shade of gray to the next. After about 9 months, the lighting on the left side randomly goes out. I have tried both HDMI and DP with and without an adapter, but the issue is with the monitor. Disappointing. Look into DELL instead, I have had one for 7 years and it hasn't had any issues.

This specific monitor is one of the best options for budget 4K IPS. When I read texts on the computer, I switch it to reader mode to make it more comfortable for the eyes.

Obviously, with 300 nits brightness, it is not a good choice if you want HDR, but to some extent, it is satisfactory (for HDR, use the HDR Effect from the monitor settings, not the Windows settings).

It has 2 cables included, one HDMI High speed and one DP (1.4). Both are capable of 4K 60fps (Although personally, I bought a new 3m HDMI cable because the one it comes with is about 1.40m if I remember correctly).

Important note: The difference between this and the LG 27UL500 is *only* in the monitor stand. The 550 has height adjustment and tilt up to 90 degrees, while the 500 only has tilt forward and backward at 5 and 15 degrees respectively. If you find them at the same price, get the 550. Something similar applies to the 600 and 650 models, except these have 350-400 nits brightness (not 300).

I was looking for a monitor for the PS5 and since I had it in the living room on a 4K TV, I didn't want to settle for 1080p resolution because it would "bother" my eyes...
If the PS5 supported 1440, I would definitely go for that to have good resolution and 1ms for gaming, but luckily this monitor is amazing and I don't regret it at all!
Imagine 4K resolution on a 27-inch screen, incredible image!!!
You can navigate the menu in 10 seconds, you know it by heart!!!
The stand is everything and the plus is that the screen rotates!!!
It may not have built-in speakers, but it has a 3.5mm mini jack input and you can use any speakers you want!!!
If I notice anything wrong with the screen, I will come back!
