4 stars due to low price and lack of competition.

edit 2024: now there is a lot of competition in small circular saws, so I lowered it to 3 stars.

I bought it for a use that the manual says is not recommended. Cutting mosaic tiles for hydraulic, marble floors, etc. It works for construction materials (although gypsum/cement theoretically damages the tools, it also states that), but intermediate cutting (plunge) in construction materials is not recommended.

I didn't find any problem with this, the tool sinks steadily and securely without any jerking with the provided diamond blade.

For its 710W, it is quite powerful. I use it for deep cuts over 3 points in mosaics. It cuts slowly, heats up a bit, but with breaks it does precise work.

Dust is 0. None at all. I even double-checked if the mosaic floor was actually being cut. It is connected to the Karcher WD 6 Premium, where you can see my evaluation for construction cuts.

The handle is a bit ergonomically strange, but you get used to it immediately. The tool is also somewhat long when cutting deep, but so far everything is okay.

The guide it comes with (extra 24 euros, 3 pieces totaling 140cm) is mediocre to bad (low tolerances, so it requires attention for long cuts), but it does its job. It works fine for flooring and precision cuts of long length in wood, but probably not as good.

The Allen key that came with the guides didn't fit, it was too big for the wheel head, lol, because it is in another package.

The guides, like the machine, barely fit in the fabric case it comes with, which has incredibly annoying steel wires inside that hinder the zipper and overall use. I removed them and now it's okay.

It would be much better if it came in a plastic case with space for the guides.

Cutting the rubber on the guides was difficult. I cut it with the disc with large teeth, 3 passes. At the end, a little sandpaper gently to remove the rough edges and it's okay. Maybe it would cut better with the other disc because it's also for plastics.

I had an issue with the vertical cut. The base seems slightly off and even with the adjustment screw fully loose, it doesn't come out vertically. I could find a solution with some filing. It doesn't bother me for the work I need it for.

A major issue it has is the difficulty in finding cutting discs, apart from Bulle's. You can't find a 115mm disc with a 9.5mm hole. Maybe the 76mm ones from Dewalt or possibly the 10mm hole ones from Bosch. You can find them from England. The main problem is cutting granite tiles without defects, that's why I would go for another disc. I haven't tried how its own disc cuts, of course.

There is a solution with reducing rings from 22.23mm to 9.5mm, which I ordered from China, but they are not covered by warranty and it's not the proper use of the machine, so be careful.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the machine. If it holds up, it will be perfect. The build quality is good, just like the folding trowel from Bulle that I have been using for some years.
