The product was disassembled inside. Fortunately, I'm handy, so I fixed it and it works just fine. The rods that come with it are large; you need to buy ones with a smaller diameter, as shown on the box.

Not even a year since purchase and the trigger broke. A joke of a machine, spend a bit more and get a good one.

Very good gun that does its job even though it doesn't have a battery and charger included. You need to get extra. The only downside. Otherwise, it's good. Get it.

The incgo tool series can be a lifesaver for amateur handymen like myself.

The silicone gun at around €16 is very reasonably priced.

It comes with three small silicone bars that won't last long, but a set of 5 larger ones from the same company is very affordable (and I recommend buying it as a package).

The gun works with standard 20-volt batteries, 2 & 4 A. Especially for delicate silicone work, I would recommend the 2-amp battery as it is so lightweight that it doesn't tire you out.

Personally, in the first use I did (sealing 10 solar lights), I used almost two bars in about 40 minutes of work and the small 2-amp battery lost about 30% of its charge.

The initial warming up of the silicone takes a few minutes, but then the use is easy and fast.

The flow of the silicone is smooth and the trigger is okay.

The overall construction is sturdy enough.

The Dewalt battery that the previous person mentioned is not compatible, only suitable for 3D printing and electronic work

It's not bad first time ingco and with DEWALT battery, time will tell
