    We have this specific product and have been using it at the restaurant for the past 7 years. The only negative thing is that after so much use, it makes a little more noise. Recently, I bought the exact same one again and it had some issue, luckily it had a warranty!

Sharp blades....Powerful machine....Easy to clean...We have had it for about 1 year and we use it daily, mainly during the summer months (20 preparations/day). To operate the machine, you need to place the lid in the right spot where the magnet is....It has two speeds and an on/off button...As for the noise, like almost all blenders....You can't really call it quiet.....For its price, it's a bit pricey maybe because it's professional (I suppose) or because of its brand....
