    A blender that is pretty good but... The "quiet" is very relative, it doesn't have much of a difference without the cover. This particular model had a problem within the warranty period. If your business is outside Athens (our restaurant is on an island), then there is a real issue with the service (of HENDI). For a spare part, we waited for two weeks, with promises from the company that they would contact us, and a long wait on their phone center for a business dealing with professional equipment.
