  • In general, curcumin is considered a potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory component according to study results, acting against free radicals, detoxifying, aiding in anemia, and potentially helping to balance blood sugar levels.
  • Black pepper contains vitamin A, vitamin C, and antioxidant flavonoids, as well as the bioactive substance called piperine. When combined with turmeric, piperine is better absorbed by the body. Ginger contains active phenolic compounds such as gingerol, zingerone, and shogaol. It also has anti-inflammatory properties.

Recommended Dosage

  • 1 capsule up to 2 times a day, preferably with a meal.

    I bought it a month ago, morning and night it is one of the few that has black pepper... black pepper increases the absorption of turmeric by the body by 20 times... a cold that I caught passed lightly.... if you take it for 2-3 months, I believe it does everything you want....
