Description & Specifications

Multiple Coating

Layer of cast forged aluminium, 9–10 mm thick, which distributes heat evenly and prevents it from rapidly reaching the surface and causing food to stick. The second coating is titanium plasma, which is deposited onto the aluminium, preventing even a sharp object from penetrating it. The third is a chromium-plated steel layer, which acts as an antibacterial barrier. The penultimate layer is ceramic and enhances the non-stick properties. The final layer is LOTAN. It is made from river sand, which is heated to 700 degrees and coated over the ceramic. This means that if the surface is scratched, no harmful substances can get into the food. Any impact or scratch remains confined to that spot and does not spread, unlike with previous-generation coatings.

Durable Handles

The handles are made of advanced PVC which not only does not deteriorate with washes, but also withstands temperatures up to 240 degrees Celsius, making it possible to use them even in the oven.

User Instructions

  • Before each use, ensure that the safety valve, release button, and pressure regulation valve are clean and functioning properly
  • Make sure the gasket is clean and properly placed on the lower inner edge of the lid
  • Carefully check inside the lid that the safety valve is in good condition and can move freely
  • The recess of the pressure regulation valve located on the inner side of the lid should also be checked to ensure it is not blocked, using a sharp object
  • After each use, always clean the pressure cooker with warm water and liquid detergent
  • Do not use strong or corrosive detergents, products containing bleach, or wire sponges
  • The main body of the pressure cooker can be washed in the dishwasher, but not the lid
