I am referring to the regular cream and not the matte one. My dermatologist recommended it to me and it did an EXCELLENT job. I have acne-prone skin and in the past, I have dealt with cystic acne that I treated with pills. At some point, I started getting cystic pimples again and it helped tremendously in treating them (along with occasional use of a topical cream) and with pimples in general. It even helps if you apply it topically. It also helps a lot with discoloration from acne scars. The scent is fine and it doesn't leave any greasiness. It is a bit difficult to spread, that's the only downside. I don't know why they have essentially discontinued it, I struggle a lot to find it. What a shame
