Lining / Shaved

It is designed so that the exterior part has a lining (jersey, polyester, lycra, etc.) while internally the neoprene has no lining and is in the form of shaved, which means cut in a horizontal section with the bubbles open.

Specifically, the Apnea suit is internally lined with nylon jersey and shaved neoprene with a black metallite coating.

It is worn using shampoo or special lubricant, stitched only externally, and offers great comfort and thermal insulation.

The "new" Neoprene fabric

Neoprene is a lightweight, elastic, yet quite durable mesh. Its structure resembles a honeycomb due to microscopic air bubbles found within small elastic cells, making it hydrophilic and resistant to wear. It offers the following advantages:

  • Completely waterproof
  • Maintains its natural and technical properties over a wide range of temperatures (-60 to +90 °C)
  • Keeps the human body warm
  • Retains its integrity under the influence of salt solutions
  • Flexible and soft, does not restrict movement at all

With Integrated Hood

  • Provides additional insulation and warmth for the head and neck, areas that are particularly sensitive to low temperatures
  • Prevents water from coming into direct contact with the scalp, ears, and face, thus helping to minimize the risk of hypothermia
  • Helps keep hair out of your face, which is especially important for divers
  • Offers sun protection. Exposure to UV rays can be harmful, as the reflective nature of water can intensify the effects of the sun
  • Improves hydrodynamics by reducing water resistance

No zipper

  • Superior sealing and hydrodynamic properties
  • Greater freedom of movement, especially in the shoulder and back areas
  • Tight and secure fit
  • More effort required when putting on or taking off compared to traditional zippered suits

With Chest Panel

Positioned at the chest height of the wetsuit from reinforced material to prevent the slings from slipping during arming.
