The geometry of the tooth protection provides very durable and long-lasting teeth. Multiple leverage points for quick material removal from the hole saw. Deep access for removing large plugs and height for thin materials.
Variable design of 4-6 teeth per inch with a 10° angle offers the following advantages:
Made from high-quality Matrix II type high-speed steel for the toothed surface of the hole saw. Matrix II steel contains 8% cobalt, maintaining its original hardness at high working temperatures. Bi-metal construction with high-speed steel teeth welded to a low-alloy steel body, hardened in a vacuum to 65 HRC and 600°C for maximum strength.
The base of the hole saw is constructed from thick steel, offering strength and stability. It includes a four-pin guide for easy shaft positioning and a perfectly designed round base, particularly important for large diameter hole saws.
