I couldn't get any work done.. I tried it on a floor tile both dry and with water, and in both ways it was terrible.. a waste of the 20 bucks.

Excellent. I used it to drill into a very hard granite tile, in a vertical position. I started with a 45-degree angle and gradually brought it perpendicular to the surface, as the instructions say.
It doesn't require pressure.. the technique is slow and patient, with frequent wetting of the drill (I used a water bottle with a hole in the cap). Definitely low speed, without impact motion.. I played around with the speed a bit, depending on the pressure of the trigger. Each hole took 3-4 minutes. One tip - which worked for me - to prevent it from slipping on the surface at the beginning: wet the surface and the drill before starting, press the trigger before it comes into contact with the wall, and approach your target with a 45-degree angle. If it slips, repeat.
    Flawless product, worth the price.

Good. However, the hole gets clogged inside and then it becomes difficult
