In my size, they are big with thin socks. I added another pair of insoles with the same socks and they still felt a little loose on me.. I didn't exchange them to send them back and get a smaller size because with the additional second pair of insoles I put in, and with a pair of thick socks, I think they will be fine... since as I mentioned earlier, I wear them with very thin summer socks.
