The arms cannot withstand the weight of my condenser microphones (ElectroVoice RE20), causing them to slowly descend until they touch the table. As a solution, I swapped out the springs and now, if you don't touch them, they stay at a normal height.
However, the biggest problem is the support bases, which no matter how tightly I tighten them to the table, tend to wobble with every swing of the arms, resulting in annoying instability and eventually falling off. In the photo, I show how I even used tie-ups to pull them towards the table for extra support, but it's as if I didn't use them at all. The bases come off no matter what I do.
The reason I didn't complain to the store is that logically, the build quality is proportional to the cost in this case, so it's better to spend some extra money and get decent bases. I bought 3 and they are all useless. I should have paid for just one, considering what I paid for all three.
