I got it to be able to organize my cables at the desk and to continue working with my 34" ultrawide monitor with a resolution of 3440x1440 and 144hz.. Unfortunately, after firmware updates, downgrades, etc., during the day, sometimes the monitor would always turn off for 1-2 seconds and then come back on. Even at 120hz it did the same.. I don't know about lower because I didn't try.
It's a shame because it seemed like a worthwhile tool but it didn't work for this case and in general flickering is an issue in forums etc. that I searched.

Up to 90w charging on Dell Laptop was tested without the case getting warm. For its price, it is excellent compared to other well-known brands with limitations in Watt & Monitor Hz.

It was installed in 5 offices. The setup is Dell XPS 13 9310 laptop -> Docking station -> P2421DC daisychained with a second P2421D (Multi-Stream Transport). Firmware update directly on the dock as well as Dell command program and windows updates. No issues so far after a week of use.
However, in another office where it was installed with three P2421DC daisychained, after 2-3 hours everything was working fine and suddenly problems started occurring (monitor loss), instead of QHD resolution it switched to FHD, keyboard/mouse loss (removing and reinserting the wireless USB didn't trigger any response from the laptop/windows indicating that it recognized a device loss). Screen flickering and blurriness.
Issues were resolved by performing a double restart of windows and completely disconnecting the type c cable from the laptop.
During troubleshooting, using the Dell Monitor management program, even though I lost the screen from windows, the program still recognized it as an option - with FHD resolution as default, I manually set it to QHD and the signal came back.
The specifications of the docking station support 3 monitors and the XPS. I will continue troubleshooting tomorrow, reverting any changes.
