The Typotrust 267α duplicate dispatch note is carbonless and measures 17 × 25 cm. Perforations make it easy to tear off the copies, while the form includes fields for the delivery time or start of dispatch, as well as space for a stamp and numbering.

The two-colour printing makes the form easier to fill in. The pad has filing holes, a protective strip along the spine and a removable protective card placed between the sets to prevent writing from transferring to the following copies.
