Personally, I did not like at all the way it toasts the sandwiches. They are not crispy and are squished. I was so disappointed that within 20 days I went and bought another sandwich maker from Izzy, specifically the Izzy Panini 123 800W. It's like day and night. With the Panini, I have never had a crispier and more delicious sandwich!

It takes a long time to cook and the front handle is sensitive, you are afraid to press it to call the lid. I am writing this post wanting to warn you not to buy this product. What I was afraid of became a reality, unfortunately it broke after two uses, see photo, and the breakage is not covered by the warranty, so it's a waste of money, a shame
