The Adco 07710 is a medical compression pantyhose designed to compress the lower limbs. It is used primarily to manage disorders of the venous or lymphatic system. The silicone band on the inside helps keep it in place.
Indications include venous conditions such as phlebitis, chronic venous insufficiency and venous edema; thromboembolic conditions and edema, including lymphatic edema; and use during pregnancy, after injuries and after surgery. It is contraindicated in advanced peripheral arterial occlusive disease, septic phlebitis, phlegmasia cerulea dolens and congestive heart failure.
