Compression stockings 40 Den (8 - 10 mmHg). This is a medical stocking/knee-high graduated compression sock used for compressing the lower limbs, primarily for the treatment of venous or lymphatic system disorders.

• Size 1: weight 42 - 50kg, height 145 - 165cm
• Size 2: weight 50 - 60kg, height 155 - 175cm
• Size 3: weight 60 - 70kg, height 165 - 185cm
• Size 4: weight 70 - 80kg, height 175 - 195cm
• Size 5: weight 80+ kg, height 185+ cm

Indications

• Venous diseases
• Phlebitis / initial stages after phlebitis treatment
• Improvement of quality of life in cases of chronic venous diseases
• Prevention and treatment of venous edema
• Prevention of venous skin lesions
• Functional venous insufficiency (in obesity, sedentary professions, and jobs requiring standing)
• Dermal liposclerosis and white atrophy

Thromboembolic diseases

• Superficial venous thrombosis
• Deep venous thrombosis of the leg
• Condition after thrombosis
• Post-thrombotic syndrome
• Prophylaxis against thrombosis in patients with mobility

Edema

• Lymphedema
• Edema during pregnancy
• Post-traumatic edema

Contraindications

• Advanced stage peripheral obstructive arterial disease
• Septicaemia phlebitis
• Cyanotic painful inflammation
• Congestive heart failure
