    It is the best. I no longer use any other knives. I cut bread, vegetables, fruits, cooked meat, pies, tarts, clean sweet potatoes (which are hard), I even cut watermelon and a plastic bottle with this knife. It does not bend, does not come off, and is generally stable. It can be safely washed in the dishwasher. Overall, it cuts without difficulty and pressure.
