The mechanism makes a lot of noise in breathing mode!!! You can't use it while sleeping, which was the reason we bought it. The mechanism is very heavy and you have to unfasten the plush to change or select another mode, where the velcro also makes a lot of noise when opening/closing. It doesn't close well either... Very inconvenient overall. The worst in its category.
