In the first use, after about 3 minutes of operation, it started to smell burnt and stopped working. The load was not heavy at all. I was making taramosalata with the blender slightly below the middle. It never started again, so I returned it to the store for a refund. I will inform about the behavior of B&D's customer service and if they honor their warranty.
Update 24/3: The first one burned on the first use. The store immediately replaced it with a new one. The second one also burned in the same way. With moderate load, it started to smell burnt, emit smoke, and spark. Either I got a defective batch or I won the gold medal of bad luck. I will inform again

The Pulse option must be selected and held with the hand (the button does not stay), like the 1st and 2nd setting. It is quite powerful, with a fairly loud noise (which doesn't bother me).
I didn't like it (and it loses 1 star because of this), because it crushes the ice forcefully when you put it with other ingredients, even hard and liquid ones. I did various tests, but it doesn't change. When it is alone, you have to open and close the pulse for it to be able to break it, otherwise it's difficult.
Yes, for €39 it's worth its money (I bought it near my house), but on the other hand, if I knew these things, I would go for something better.

Update 24/3 Το πρωτο καηκε στην πρωτη χρηση. Το καταστημα μου το αλλαξε αμεσως με καινουργιο. Το δευτερο καηκε επισης με τον ιδιο τροπο. Με μετριο φορτιο αρχισε να μυριζει καμμενο, να βγαζει καπνους και τεζα..... Ή εχω πεσει σε ελλατωματικη παρτιδα ή πηρα το χρυσο μεταλλιο ατυχιας. Θα ενημερωσω παλι
