Excellent and at a super price. The rust issues are completely irrelevant. It's as if it won't clean with sharpening or I won't wash the knife before using it. The handle doesn't turn in mine. People are trying to find cheap products with good quality. Let's not bury them for no reason!
Άριστο και σε τιμή σούπερ . Τα περί σκουριάς .... άσχετα εντελώς . Λες και δεν θα καθαρίσει με το ακόνισμα ή δεν θα το πλύνω το μαχαίρι πριν το χρησιμοποιήσω . Η λαβή του δεν γυρνάει στο δικό μου . Προσπαθεί ο κόσμος να βρει φτηνά προϊόντα με καλή ποιότητα . Μην τα θάβουμε χωρίς λόγο !!!
Very good product for its price. The rod is rough, so it restores the blade to a very good condition even if the knife hasn't been sharpened for a long time (A big advantage if you don't have a sharpening stone or sharpener and you don't want to buy/deal with one. It doesn't replace the whetstone, as if you want a razor-sharp blade you will need it, but for household use without high demands, it is very decent). The length may be a bit small and may make it difficult for beginners. The only negative is that the protection is not stable (it rotates), so it requires a little attention not to cut a finger. If you hold it against the tip of your thumb, you won't have a problem, but it remains a construction error. If washed, it needs to be dried immediately with a towel as it is not stainless material

Η ράβδος είναι τραχιά επομένως επαναφέρει την λεπίδα σε πολύ αξιόλογη κατάσταση ακόμη κι αν το μαχαίρι έχει να ακονιστεί πολύ καιρό (Μεγάλο πλεονέκτημα αν δεν έχεις πέτρα ακονίσματος ή ακονιστήρι και δεν σε ενδιαφέρει να αγοράσεις/ασχοληθείς. Δεν αντικαθιστά το whetstone, καθώς αν θες μία λεπίδα ξυράφι θα το χρειαστείς αλλά για οικιακή χρήση χωρίς υψηλές απαιτήσεις είναι υπέρ τίμιο). Το μήκος ίσως είναι λίγο μικρό και μπορεί να δυσκολέψει ερασιτέχνες. Το μόνο αρνητικό είναι ότι η προστασία δεν είναι σταθερή (στριφογυρίζει), επομένως θέλει λίγη προσοχή μην φάς κάνα δάχτυλο. Αν το κρατάς κόντρα με την κορυφή του αντίχειρα δεν θα έχεις θέμα αλλά παραμένει κατασκευαστικό λάθος. Αν πλυθεί χρειάζεται αμέσως στέγνωμα με πετσέτα καθώς δεν πρόκειται για ανοξείδωτο υλικό
