The sharpening levels are as follows:
  • 1st Stage (Coarse Sharpening): Consists of ceramic plates, used to sharpen the blade of dull knives.
  • 2nd Stage (Fine Sharpening - Finishing): Consists of ceramic plates, used for the daily sharpening of the blade. Use this stage for the finishing of the sharpening after the 1st stage.

Instructions for Use:

  • Always support your sharpener on a flat, sturdy surface
  • You should always clean your sharpener after each use with a damp cloth. 
  • Do not rinse the sharpener with water.
