2 gynecologists recommended them to me. I’ve been taking them for 2.5 months and have seen a huge difference in my energy, as well as in my nails, which used to break and now have grown longer and are very hard. I have absolutely no side effects. I take them together with another supplement that contains selenium and vitamins A, C, and E, so that may be helping too.
The only negative is that the packaging can indeed easily splash somewhere and stain.

It caused me insomnia... also the packaging is inconvenient, it doesn't open easily; I was cutting it with scissors and still some of the product remained in the packaging. It has a very sweet taste, so I diluted it in a little water. In general, I believe they really do what they promise.

I took them for a month. The Pap test came back clear; I didn’t expect them to have any effect.
I also bought a second pack because my immune system needs help. I will definitely take them from time to time.
As for the taste, it’s tolerable. What I didn’t like is the orange color and the taste that some of the B complex gives it, but my health is more important. Fortunately, it’s minimal, so much so that it doesn’t affect urine or odor

I came impressed to write my comment as well. I have an autoimmune disease for ten years now, I constantly felt tired and because my profession is in a school, I was almost sick every week. It's been 2 months since I started taking them. The first 2 weeks I didn't see any difference, but I didn't have such expectations because I have been taking various vitamins for years that didn't do anything. After the 3rd week, I felt more rested, had more energy, and above all, I haven't caught a cold for a month and a half.

Very good vitamins with a good combination of ingredients. I will start taking them again, however, only if they remove sucralose from their ingredients.

Do not think at all, it is worth 1000% of the money. For those suffering from HPV, it is truly the "treatment" as it allows the immune system to work as if it is not sick.
