Warnings - Precautions:

• Taking Vitamin D supplements with >4000IU is recommended to be accompanied by monitoring blood calcium levels, as there is a risk of causing hypercalcemia. 
• At doses greater than 10,000IU per day, it may cause diarrhea or constipation, reduced appetite, dry mouth, and metallic taste.
