Suitable for honing and polishing.

It features 2 different angle sharpeners:

• The 17° angle is suitable for kitchen knives.
• The 25° angle is suitable for hunting knives and outdoor activity knives.

It includes 2 different sharpening inserts:

• The carbide inserts are suitable for basic – initial sharpening.
• The ceramic inserts are suitable for polishing the blade.

Hold the sharpener on its ribbed surface and press on the smooth, non-slip surface. Slide the knife 3-4 times without applying force.

The product is not suitable for serrated knives or damaged knives.
