Tips: The sharpener should be wet before use and rinsed (and dried) afterwards.
Sharpening should be done back and forth 15-20 times, depending on how worn the knife is.
Do not cut on glass surfaces and do not throw loose knives together with other kitchen tools.
Not suitable for serrated knives!

Το δοκίμασα ακόμα και σε πολύ παλιό μαχαίρι που δεν έκοβε σχεδόν καθόλου.
Συμβουλές: Το ακονιστήρι πρέπει να βρέχεται πριν από τη χρήση και να ξεπλένεται (και να στεγνώνει) μετά.
Το ακόνισμα πρέπει να γίνεται πέρα-δώθε 15-20 φορές, ανάλογα πόσο φθαρμένο είναι το μαχαίρι.
Μην κόβετε σε γυάλινες επιφάνειες και μην πετάτε χύμα τα μαχαίρια μαζί με άλλα κουζινικά εργαλεία.
Δεν κάνει για οδοντωτά μαχαίρια!
