    Good construction but the person who designed it has no idea... the photo is not correct... it has excessively large thickness no matter where you place it and it's hard... I am 1.88 meters tall and I have used various abdominal pillows but with this one there is no way I can do abdominal exercises without hurting my waist... unacceptable product
