Frezyderm Organic Chamomile is an organic beverage made from Greek chamomile. It contains no caffeine and has a particularly pleasant aroma and delicate taste.

It soothes coughs, sore throats, and helps maintain respiratory health. It also reduces anxiety, induces relaxation, and promotes restful sleep.

Usage: Fill the preparation bag with approximately 1.5g of chamomile and steep in hot water at 95°C for 3-5 minutes. Then remove it from the water and enjoy.
