Additionally, my hair started falling out less during washing or brushing, and I felt less tired throughout the day. As for the digestive system, I didn't feel it helped me much. Overall, I would say it is a good product, but maybe it also needs a dietary supplement at the same time. The taste didn't satisfy me (lemon), but it didn't have pieces of aloe inside (it was ground), which made it easier to swallow.
