    I have many knives as a chef and with the water stones, it takes work, but I can say that I did a pretty good job with the machine in a very short time, about 3 minutes per knife.
    Buy extra sandpaper Work Sharp 12.7x304.8mm because surely at the beginning some will get cut until you get used to it
