The LMesitran Hydro Dressing 10cm X 10cm is a lightly adhesive polymer dressing with a waterproof external surface. It is an excellent choice for healing superficial ulcers with any degree of exudate or mild necrosis of cells.

COMPOSITION

• Medical-grade honey 30%
• Low osmotic action
• Polyacrylate polymers that absorb exudate by trapping it inside the dressing, maintaining a beneficial moist healing environment.
• Polyurethane film coating for effective waterproofing and protection of the ulcer.

INDICATIONS

• Superficial pressure ulcers up to 2nd degree with any degree of exudate or mild necrosis.
• Thermal or chemical burns (radiotherapy 1st and 2nd degree).
• Diabetic, venous, arterial varicose ulcers.
• Postoperative wounds and graft removal areas with any degree of exudate.
• Suture protection.

APPLICATION REMARKS

• Ulcer cleaning with saline solution is recommended before applying the dressing.
• The dressing adapts to the contour of the ulcer and ensures painless changes.
• Can be cut to fit more areas.
• Stabilized with an elastic bandage or waterproof adhesive film.
• Recommended retention time: 15 days, depending on the amount of exudate.

The product has no effect on blood glucose levels and does not penetrate the wound. No side effects have been observed. It is recommended not to be used by individuals allergic to its components.
