Today, the widespread dissemination and distribution of addictive substances is a fact both globally and locally. The tragic toll includes many young victims, mostly teenagers and even small children.

At the same time, there are numerous commendable efforts made by organizations from both the Public and Private sectors to combat this modern affliction. This study, after thorough research and considering the current reality and supporting it, contributes to this monumental effort.

It emphasizes the need for Orthodox Christian Education for children and adolescents as the solution to our society's enormous modern problem, highlighting the essential prerequisite of uniting and cooperating among the key educational agencies (Family, School, Parish).
