For me, they are the best. First of all, they are extremely soft on the nipples (especially during the first period of breastfeeding, when they are sensitive and often sore), whereas those from other companies felt like a sheet of paper to me. Secondly, they have excellent absorbency, zero accidents on my tops. Thirdly, incredibly secure. Thanks to the adhesive that is on both the top and bottom, instead of just one spot like others I tried, they don’t go anywhere; they stay where you place them and protect you from leaks. Even when I open and lower the nursing bra, which inevitably folds the cup to free the breast so the little one can latch on and drink milk, they remain in place when you put the cup back to close the bra. They are worth it, recommended. I have bought countless boxes, I have given some to friends to try, and we all ended up with these and only these.

After trying 3 packs of pads (each from well-known brands), I was not satisfied with any of them. Non-cotton, rough fabrics, and adhesives that would come off.
I haven't found anything like these anywhere! Very soft fabric, sticks very well to the bra.

I give 4 stars because I think they are very large and the double adhesive is so strong that every time I breastfeed it would stick together. Now I just remove one of the two adhesive papers and handle it better. Excellent absorbency.

These are the best patches and I have tried several so far! I never had any leaks with these and they have a nice soft feel. They apply and stick well to the bra without moving. Also, another important thing is that they don't smell after a few hours. I highly recommend them!!

I have been breastfeeding for 5 years! These are the best pads I have ever bought! They have a soft feel, no leakage from milk, and a large size that hugs the area! They don't smell after a few hours or when they are full, and they don't unravel cotton or anything else.. I highly recommend them without reservation!!

The only Brest pads that actually stay in place and offer a 100% protection from leaking. On top of that they are super slim and don't let any humidity out of the pad, so your breasts stay dry. This is my second child and I ONLY use them. No other brand compares!!!
