The Practical Issues of Property Law, a book particularly popular among law students, practicing lawyers, and candidates for the Judges' School, was released in its third edition in 2007 and has been reprinted repeatedly since then. However, the time has come for a new edition to revise its content, enrich it with new questions, and harmonize its references with the new editions of the works mentioned.

It is deemed essential to emphasize that this book does not aim (and should not) to replace the systematic manual but to complement it. Its purpose is to help new legal professionals, to whom it mainly addresses, acquire the ability to correctly apply the knowledge they have gained from studying the systematic book when solving practical issues.

In other words, this collection should be viewed as a supplement and not as a substitute for the university textbook or manual. In preparing this edition, I had the invaluable support of my collaborator Ms. Maria Kakavias, lawyer, whom I warmly thank from this position.
