Very nice and useful.. but not for professional use.. without the plastic part ever getting wet, only the needle loses up to 20 degrees in 1 month.. mainly when we are talking about temperature drop. It's a shame for the money and for the quality of construction that I found good!!
πολύ ωραίο κ χρηστικό..αλλά όχι για επαγγελματική χρήση.. χωρίς να βραχεί ποτέ το πλαστικό μέρος παρά μόνο η βελόνα σε 1 μήνα χάνει μέχρι κ 20βαθμους.. κυρίως όταν μιλάμε για πτώση θερμοκρασίας.κριμα κ για τα λεφτά κ για την ποιότητα κατασκευής που την βρήκα καλή!!

It does the job, but it requires attention on how you insert it into the meat in order to measure correctly, and it definitely burns when you try to hold/take it out.
Την κάνει την δουλειά αλλά θέλει προσοχή πως το βάζεις στο κρέας για να μετρήσει σωστά και επίσης σίγουρα καίει όταν πας να το πιάσεις/βγάλεις.

Οικονομική λύση και σχετικά αξιόπιστη. Το χρησιμοποιώ και σε φούρνο αλλά και σε ψησταριά (έμμεσο ψήσιμο/κλειστό καπάκι).

+ Καθαρίζεται εύκολα.
