Although it is my first thermometer, I am very satisfied so far. I am an amateur and I mainly use it for grilling gas in meats and fish. As soon as you insert the probe, it shows the temperature immediately. After using the thermometer, I eat tender and juicy meats without drying them out like I used to.

Unfortunately, the shaft broke after 6 months and it doesn't work anymore!!!! Until then, it was quite good and a reliable solution.
