Quick and accurate

Pros:
- Accurate temperature measurement.
- Good material quality.
- Resistant to moisture/heat.

Cons:
- It does not show the final temperature after 3-4 seconds as claimed. It takes about 7 seconds to get the final temperature. Let me remind you that fast kitchen thermometers are considered those between 1-3 seconds (yes, they do exist).

- The screen is not backlit and cannot be read well at an angle.
- Its round shape is not ergonomic at all. If you hold it by the large surfaces, you can't see the screen. If you hold it around the edges, you feel insecure holding it, especially when you might burn yourself if measuring something that emits steam. For this reason, ergonomically, prefer one with a foldable measuring probe.
- Price is a bit high.

Excellent thermometer, unfortunately it couldn't withstand Giannis throwing it on the grill for the entire season (who would have expected that)

It counts in seconds, but every time I activate it, it goes to minus for some reason, maybe it's my faulty one.

It measures the temperature of food in seconds. You poke it and in 3-4 seconds the temperature reading stabilizes. Good purchase

Very fast measurement without significant deviations, washes normally and I consider it excellent for its price. The durability over time remains to be proven.

The company offers several types of thermometers depending on the budget, with very good reviews on Amazon USA. They can also be found in Greece. Made like many other products in China.

I think it is the best in its category. Very fast measurements, reliable, for demanding cooking. It is very easy to clean.

Very good, with accuracy in measurement, provides safety for cooking meats.. it does not falter at high temperatures.

Perfect investment for anyone serious about cooking and baking.
Don't waste your money on something cheaper - it has instant response and no interference issues with induction cooktops, unlike some cheaper options.

It is the best value for money thermometer on the market. It is reliable, relatively waterproof (I haven't submerged it in water, but it has had no problems with steam or water from the faucet during cleaning), and it measures what you give it in about 3-4 seconds. For thermometers that measure even faster than this, you will still go to the same company, but for household use, it is perfect and I don't think you need anything else.

I also have a more expensive thermometer from another company, which takes about 10 seconds or more to measure what this one measures in 3. Don't think about it at all, get it with your eyes closed.

Attention, it is not the most suitable thermometer for grills or ovens, where you may want to have a probe with a cable there.

Very fast response and very good construction. Ideal for preparations that require precise temperature which changes quickly, such as "tempering" chocolate. Easy to use and clean. Perhaps the best, in terms of price and by far.

As soon as you touch the meat, it shows the temperature instantly! I had a profi cook before which measured the temperature gradually until it reached the final measurement... Here you can see the difference with the other simple thermometers.

After buying a couple of cheap Chinese ones, I bought the eti... Immediately you can tell the difference.. Solid, high-quality construction.. Thermometer for a lifetime..

After a lot of searching and reading many reviews, I concluded that this specific company (Eti) manufactures the best cooking thermometers.

In America, they are sold with a slight variation under the name Thermoworks.

This particular model is their budget option that provides results in less than 3 seconds.

I don't think there is a competitor thermometer for under 50 euros.

Due to the fact that I have had it for a week, I can't say much. So far, it is very fast in measuring. It is waterproof, has a cover for the probe, and is very sturdy. The meats I have cooked on the grill have turned out amazing at the right temperature.
In a month, I will have more to say.

Update: 21/3/2021
Unbelievable... it stayed close to the grill for 15 minutes (I forgot) and the whole screen turned black, I thought it was burnt. I let it cool down and it works like before!
Get it with your eyes closed, it's worth every euro.
