What do users say? AI-generated summary

Users generally appreciate the food because cats enjoy it and tolerate it well digestively. They also report improvements in coat condition and a consistent formula. However, some find it relatively expensive, while a few comments mention a strong urine odor or an inaccurate description regarding neutered kittens.

It is the only food I was able to feed my cat while she was sick. Whatever else I tried, she either ate very little or nothing at all. I don't know what it has in it compared to other dry foods designed for kittens, but what I do know is that I tried many, many of them and this was the only one that worked.

Attention because the description on Skroutz characterizes it as food for neutered kittens while it is not. Other than that, everything is fine.

The little cat loved it! He simply devours it :D! Although he has issues with his stomach and some other foods I tried to give him bothered him, with this specific one he hasn't shown anything and I am in the 4th month of giving it to him.

I have raised cats with this food... it is definitely reliable in terms of its quality, and consistent (it doesn't change composition every now and then), it's just a bit expensive for its kind. With the same amount of money, I have tried better foods for various kittens, but there was always some diarrhea or vomiting, so I always come back to this one. I would say it is a safe choice, nothing amazing, but not a bad food either.

Our cat loved it from the moment we gave it to her mixed with the old one, now she eats it with great appetite and we have noticed a difference in her fur, it is softer. Her bad habits have been reduced by about half. It is a very good value for money

It is worth more than the money, both in terms of food and quantity and quality!!! It is suitable for both neutered and non-neutered cats, and my cat loved it, the others didn't like it!!!

The hair loss was immediately corrected, he really likes the taste. The only negative is that his urine now smells strongly of ammonia in the litter box. Of course, we are "manly men" haha!! I will definitely buy it again

Immune Support with OptiStart Technology

The early stages of a cat’s life are crucial to its long-term health. Pro Plan OptiStart Kitten is enriched with colostrum, which is rich in antibodies and natural bioactive compounds. This specialized formula helps strengthen kittens’ immune systems by up to 50% more, protecting them from common infections and external threats. It also helps maintain balanced gut flora, ensuring their bodies make the most of the nutrients they need every day.

Complete Nutrition for Healthy Growth & Muscle Mass

With high-quality chicken as its primary ingredient, this food provides the essential protein your kitten needs for healthy muscle and skeletal development. The formula is carefully balanced with vitamins D and E, as well as minerals such as calcium and phosphorus, which help build strong bones and teeth. Its high energy density meets the increased needs of growing kittens that are constantly on the move and exploring, while its delicious taste satisfies even the pickiest kittens.

Digestive Health & Brain Development

Young cats’ digestive systems are particularly sensitive during their first few months. Pro Plan OptiStart contains high-quality, easily digestible ingredients and selected plant fibres that support digestion and help maintain optimal stool quality. The formula is also enriched with DHA, an omega-3 fatty acid found naturally in mother’s milk that is essential for proper brain and vision development. This helps ensure that your kitten not only gets the nutrition it needs but also fully develops its cognitive and visual abilities.
