  • Hardware TCP/IP Interface: Support for TCP, UDP, ICMP, IGMP, IPv4, ARP, IGMP, PPPoE, and Ethernet protocols.
  • Ports: Support for 8 independent sockets.
  • Packaging: Very compact LQFP48 lead-free.
  • Sleep Mode: Provides sleep mode and network wake-up.
  • SPI Connection: Support for SPI speed (SPI mode 0, 3).
  • Memory: Internal 32K byte memory as TX/RX cache.
  • Ethernet Physical Layer: Support for 10/100Mbps.
  • Auto-negotiation: Support (10/100-Based full/half duplex).
  • Operating Voltage: Operating voltage 3.3V, the I/O ports withstand voltage of 5V.
  • Signal Indications: Multiple signal indication outputs.
  • Function Description Table:
