Useful Instructions
- Place the smoking chips in an aluminum container filled with water and soak them for about 2 hours.
- For each grilling, you will need about 3-4 pieces of wood chips.
- Prepare your grill at medium temperature.
- Drain them well and add them to the charcoal or smoking container.
- When the wood chips start to smoke, transfer the meat onto the grill.
