Perfect fried potatoes in an instant! It cuts perfectly. If you want long sticks of potatoes, pass it sideways through the cutter. If you want a smaller size stick potato, then pass it vertically through the cutter. I have had it for 6 years, it's a real beast, it doesn't understand anything
