1. Put on the special disposable underwear from the legs up to the pelvis, as you would wear regular underwear, with the adhesive side facing the back.

2. Fasten it high at the waist to achieve a good fit in the crotch area. Smooth the side gathers at the waist so it fits the body perfectly.

3. When you want to change the underwear, tear the two side seams from the waist downward. Open the underwear and remove it carefully.

4. As you remove it from your body, roll it up carefully and close it with the adhesive tab.
