It is awesome and very convenient cutter. It reduces the time to prepare the potatoes for frying. It is the second one I have purchased, the first one lasted for five years.

If you manage to properly center your potato, it solves your hands. But if the potato gets stuck, get well soon. Difficulty in cleaning

If your wife has the muscle strength of Hulk, then get it, it will help her cut potatoes faster and more evenly. If not, then just don't waste your money filling the drawer with a gadget that will never be used again.

Perfect. Especially for French fries. They come out exactly in the shape of the store-bought ones. It takes some effort until you learn how to use it. At first, you push and push... But once you find the trick, it becomes a piece of cake. The softer the potatoes are, the easier they are to cut. If they are completely hard/unripe, you will struggle a bit. Also, the potatoes should ideally be small and more elongated in shape. If the potato is large, try to cut it in half lengthwise or into smaller pieces. This way it won't "stick" and you won't be pushing for a long time... If the potato gets stuck, remove the lid and rinse it under water or cut the pieces that couldn't pass through the grid with the blades into vertical pieces. I don't know how long it will last over time, but anyway, for me, it has already paid for itself...

It needs some muscle strength that might have been less if the blades were sharper, otherwise it is very good.

The watermelon is rubbish. It broke from the first slice. Maybe it wanted to be half-cut
