    I bought this product today, 25/04/2021, from a chain of technology stores, as I have great respect for HP. The recognition and automatic installation on my HP laptop also happened immediately and without any obstacles. Then I tried to do a test print from the options provided by Windows. It did not work, and in communication with the service, they suggested 1) shutting down for 5 minutes and 2) downloading the HP drivers from the company's website for this specific product. I did both, until the HP program notified me of 0% for all four toners. I returned it to the store where I bought it and I am waiting to be informed tomorrow about the progress of the inspection (if it is found to be faulty and replaced with another one). Just the fact that I will have to go to the store for the same product for the third time, I consider the purchase a failure. I hope I got a defective piece, because otherwise, I don't think HP needs recommendations. I am coming back one day later (today, 26/04/2021) where I picked up the printer from the store, where with the HP drivers, it worked normally and showing all four toners at 100%. I uninstalled the drivers I had installed yesterday, and in consultation with HP's technical support, I disabled other programs (related to Windows updates). The installation now went perfectly (with the help of HP technicians, as I would not have been able to do the process I mentioned above on my own) and the machine works like clockwork. I should note that the store technician had already transferred the drivers he used to a USB stick that he gave me for my convenience. In the end, I went through the hassle of three visits to the store and 2-3 communications with HP technical support, but I have only good things to say about all of them regarding the service they provided me.
