Description

Description

The realization that a large part of even regularly attending Christians is not adequately informed about matters of Faith led us to publish the series "Faith, Worship, and Life" (14 issues), which received enthusiastic reception from both clergy and laity.

This reception prompted us to focus our interest on the popularized – yet absolutely responsible – exploration of ten new topics, included in the new series titled "What the Church Says About…" (Memorials and Souls – Heaven and Hell – The Second Coming and the Antichrist – God's Providence and Fortune – The Evil in the World – Sin and the Salvation of Man – Angels and Demons – Youth and Old Age – Poverty and Wealth – Contemporary Issues and Problems).

The writing and editorial management of the new series belongs to the well-known theologian and lawyer Mr. Evangelos P. Lekkas, former Director of the Apostolic Ministry. Each issue spans 32 monochrome pages, with a four-color cover.

In the first issue of this new series, the teaching of our Church about souls and memorials is presented in an absolutely understandable manner. Specifically, answers are provided to questions about where souls go after physical death, their "partial judgment," whether they communicate with each other and with the living, what the relationship and connection of memorials to souls is, and a few words about Kollyva.
