Very satisfied with the purchase. 9 out of 10 times I use this specific knife for my cooking with potatoes (boiled, fried, baked). What is not mentioned (there are photos on the internet) is that if you cut the potato in one go, turn it 90 degrees, and cut it again (to a thin thickness like chips), they become perforated and are ideal for chips.
