The M-234, although particularly convenient and small in size for its category, has enormous capabilities even though it does not rely on digital technology that is now predominantly used in the music industry. The Analog Chorus M234 is equipped with five (5) potentiometers that can shape the sound exactly as we imagine it while simultaneously aiding our creative temperament. The M234 has potentiometers for Level, Rate, Depth, High, and Low Frequencies. The metal construction is particularly durable and suitable for live use. It is powered by the ECB003 (not included) or a 9V battery.

    The title is WRONG and this matters because MXR has other chorus guitar pedals. The guitar pedal is called MXR Analog Chorus M234. The MXR Analog Chorus M234 is very good. I bought 10 used DOD FX65 from Reverb.com (yes 10 because they have noise; I was looking for a quiet one), which indeed have superior chorus, but they all have noise = clicks and hum (the clicks drive me crazy). So I prefer the MXR Analog Chorus M234. Buy it and add distortion Amptweaker Tight Metal (in any version, the basic circuit is the same).
