I installed it on a 12V olive harvester generator. The light it emits is good for moving around in the dark but not for work, it is very cold white and does not have a very high intensity. In order to diffuse the light and not be focused, I sanded a section of transparent plastic from a soft drink bottle and placed it externally, so I have two ways of lighting. The lamella on which the projector is supported is very thin and was cut very quickly by the vibrations. I made a makeshift one from thick metal and it's fine.

Let me start by saying that I knew, of course, that it is not 48w based on research and YouTube videos, but I expected it to at least cover my needs for a project I wanted to do, compared to a flashlight I have that clearly produces 1100 lumens. It is inferior, as I measured that with a fully charged battery at 12.6v, it draws 0.7 amps, so 8 watts, which is around 800 lumens. I decided to test it at 24v to see if I could increase the brightness, but the consumption dropped to 0.4 amps. I always knew that Chinese numbers are unreliable, but this is beyond that. I would like to remind you that in order for it to be 48 watts, it would have to draw 4 amps, but even the wires indicate that they are not designed for that amperage, as they would melt. I have it for about 6 months, slim with solid construction and very bright as I wanted... I connected a cable with a 12V plug from a car cigarette lighter and I have it as a spotlight on a boat and a car! It's worth the money..
