Useless company with nonexistent service. Supposedly they provide a 10-year warranty, but my product burned out between the 2nd and 3rd year. They didn't respond to my tickets, I couldn't find anyone when I called their European number, they never replied to my emails, only responded on Twitter (from the US) and told me to send an email to their European company, which I had already done and never received a response. Even the store where I bought it tried to help me through the importer, but they didn't receive a response either.
I won't even buy a screw from Thermaltake.

Στα ticket δεν απαντούσαν, τηλέφωνο που τους πήρα σε κάποιο ευρωπαϊκό νούμερο δεν βρήκα κανέναν, σε email δεν απάντησαν ποτέ, μόνο στο Twitter ΑΜΕΡΙΚΗΣ απάντησαν και μου είπαν να τους στείλω email στην ευρωπαϊκή εταιρία τους όπως είχα ήδη κάνει και δεν πήρα ποτέ απάντηση.
