Polyethylene Floor

The polyethylene floor in camping tents offers protection from moisture and rain as it is waterproof, while it is easy to clean by simply wiping with a damp cloth or washing with water and soap.

It has a long lifespan, as it is resistant to wear and corrosion, while protecting guests from dust and the ground, making their stay more comfortable and pleasant.

Finally, it is lightweight and easy to transport.

What does the feature Polyester 190T mean?

It is an indicator for comparing the durability of two fabrics made from the same material

T means Thread which is fiber, and the number reveals the sum of the vertical and horizontal fibers in a square inch of fabric (see photo). The larger the Thread, the denser the weave and the greater the durability of the fabric.

Fiberglass frame

The frame made of fiberglass is a common choice for the construction of camping tents. It is a lightweight and durable material, made from fiberglass fibers that are usually coated with polyester to protect them from water and moisture.

Fiberglass is flexible, allowing the frame to be lightweight and bendable to support the tent fabric.

What does the waterproof rating on camping tents indicate?

The waterproofing of a tent indicates how much water the outer fabric can repel. It is measured in millimeters (mm) and refers to how many millimeters of a vertical water column (and therefore pressure) a square centimeter of fabric can withstand without being penetrated by water.

The higher the degree of waterproofing, the less breathable the fabric is, and thus the warmer the tent. Common waterproofing values range from 500mm to 10000mm. Theoretically, any fabric with waterproofing >1000mm is considered waterproof. For example, a summer tent may have waterproofing from 500 to 1500mm.

The tent is a beast. I bought the cheapest version of it two years ago, which just has smaller side windows. One day I unexpectedly faced 8 Beaufort gusts and the only rope I had were those small elastic cords meant just for shading the windows, and while I expected them to tear in the first 10 minutes, they lasted me all night. Absolutely nothing happened to it.

I have used it twice in organized camping in August in places with a lot of heat.
It is cool because it has screens on all 4 sides and on top!

The classic holds true that it is not for 3 people. But for 2 people and their suitcases, it is fine.
It rained a little and the interior did not get wet.

Easy to set up with the help of a second person.

The stakes were relatively thin and bent easily but are still being used. In the end, you can buy others from a store.

It is a very good tent for the money and for the requirements I described!

For two people together with the bags, it's fine, but for three people, no way.

Not suitable for strong winds and rain (expected), it sets up easily and does its job.

It is very easy to set up, even by one person alone, it is incredibly cool (air access from all sides), it has many parts for fastening, so it is resistant to wind and generally comfortable in its space (we go camping with two people and a large dog).

The only downsides are that it is quite low, so after 2-3 days it starts to become bothersome. Also, the waterproofing is low. I experienced it in a heavy summer rainstorm, which lasted longer than usual and started to drip through the seams.

Overall, it is a decent purchase and worth its money, especially if someone plans to go on a summer and short trip.

One of the nicest tents I have used, very easy to set up and cool because it has two entrances and two large windows with good quality "mesh". It has a hook at the top to hang your light and overall a very good packaging for storage.

However, the reason I am deducting one star (which is important to me) is that when you have the door open, it doesn't have a good grip and keeps unfolding and closing, plus the cord is for the external part and the mesh together, it doesn't have separate ones.
